Advanced MedAesthetic Partners (AMP), backed by Leon Capital Group, has acquired LivingYoung Center for Health & Anti-Aging, a three-location medical spa in the greater Tampa, Florida area founded by Katie Kaffai. AMP will integrate LivingYoung into its national medical aesthetics platform to expand service offerings and geographic reach while leveraging AMP's operational support and clinical training capabilities.

DermCare Management Acquires Absolute Aesthetics Rejuvenation and Laser Center

Plantation, Florida-based Absolute Aesthetics Rejuvenation and Laser Center has been acquired by DermCare Management LLC, a dermatology practice management platform and portfolio company of Hildred Capital. Dresner Partners advised Absolute Aesthetics on the sale; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands DermCare's footprint in aesthetic and dermatology services as it continues to scale its multi-practice platform.
