An affiliate of The Resolute Fund V, L.P., announced by The Jordan Company, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Dental365 from the founding shareholders and current investor Regal Healthcare Capital Partners. Dental365's founder and CEO, Dr. Scott Asnis, is partnering with the buyer and will continue to lead the company as it pursues accelerated geographic expansion and continued scaling of its dental service organization.

Dental365 has acquired Legacy Dental Services Organization, a Massachusetts group practice operating under the Beyond Dental Health brand, which comprises four general dental offices and a TMJ/Facial Pain practice in the South Shore towns of Abington, Cohasset, Hanson and Weymouth. The acquisition is an add-on to Dental365's DSO platform and expands the company's presence and clinical capabilities in Massachusetts.

The Biotech lab will relocate into NDX’s Jupiter, Florida headquarters, with Biotech president Frank Lavonia III becoming general manager of NDX’s new lab; the acquisition expands NDX’s Florida footprint as its fifth full-service lab in the state.
