Quadrant Private Equity Backs Three New Zealand Cybersecurity Firms

Quadrant Private Equity’s $530 million second growth fund has invested in three New Zealand cybersecurity businesses — Quantum Security Services, ZX Security and Helix Security Services — which provide GRC, penetration testing, cloud security and cyber advisory services. The trio serves over 200 enterprise and government customers and has seen combined revenue grow more than 35% over the past three years; the firms have been brought together as part of a broader consolidation in the New Zealand cybersecurity market.

Quartile is an AI/ML-driven advertising optimization and spend-management SaaS platform used by brands and sellers across Amazon and other online marketplaces; the deal closed on September 29, 2020, with CG Petsky Prunier advising Quartile.
