Maple Shade, New Jersey-based Beringer Technology Group acquired Red Bank-based DeckerWright Corporation effective January 1, 2020, adding DeckerWright's managed IT services team and extending Beringer's footprint in northern and coastal New Jersey. The combined company will have over 35 employees across four states, with DeckerWright staff remaining in their Red Bank location to continue serving local small and mid-sized business clients.
