GT Golf Supplies Acquires The ProActive Sports Group

GT Golf Supplies, a Kinzie Capital Partners LP-backed wholesale golf distributor, has acquired The ProActive Sports Group, a Canby, Oregon-based national golf accessories distributor. The deal adds ProActive's Oregon distribution facility as a fourth DC, broadens GT Golf's product portfolio (including Clicgear, Rovic and Tempercraft lines), and expands the combined company's national footprint and e-commerce capabilities.

Arcane Plastics / Arcane Capital Partners Acquires Poly-Tech Plastic Molding

Arcane Plastics, backed by Arcane Capital Partners and an investment from Bluehenge Capital Partners, has acquired Prairie Grove-based Poly-Tech Plastic Molding, a custom injection-molding and extrusion company. The deal expands Arcane's production capacity (adding a 65,000-square-foot facility), broadens its customer base across multiple end markets, and supports a platform strategy to consolidate plastics manufacturing capabilities in North America.

Techniplas Acquires Proper Group's Anderson, SC Manufacturing Facility

Techniplas US, LLC completed the acquisition of Proper Group International's Anderson, South Carolina manufacturing operation (Proper Anderson). The 86,000 ft2 injection-molding and assembly facility — founded in 1996 with over 120 employees — produces Tier I and Tier II automotive exterior components as well as consumer and industrial components; Techniplas said the purchase expands its capabilities in Class A surface components.

Technimark Acquires Tool & Plastic Industries Ltd.

Technimark, a global manufacturer of custom rigid plastic packaging backed by Pritzker Private Capital, acquired Tool & Plastic Industries Ltd., a Longford, Ireland-based injection molder with an additional facility in Ostrava, Czech Republic. The acquisition expands Technimark's healthcare manufacturing capabilities and European footprint; financial terms were not disclosed.

Tide Rock Acquires Pro-Active Engineering

San Diego-based buyout firm Tide Rock has acquired Pro-Active Engineering, an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider based in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. The deal expands Tide Rock's PCB/EMS capabilities—adding design, quick-turn prototyping, box builds and production services—and keeps Pro-Active's management team in place while founder Toby Klusmeyer retires.
