Kind of One Concepts, a Cleveland-based hospitality group (a MUVI business led by Todd Leebow), has purchased Village Square Pizza from long-time operator Joe DeGaetano. The buyer will continue operating the restaurant under its original brand in the existing space (the location subsequently reopened in Woodmere, Ohio), preserving the local pizza shop's legacy.

Next Glass acquired Vancouver-based Ollie Order, a Canadian omnichannel multi-tenant alcohol marketplace platform that powers ordering, inventory, payments, invoicing, CRM and government reporting for producers, wholesalers and retailers. Ollie’s founders (Ryan Wilson, Jesse Bannister and Mike Macquisten) will remain in leadership with Ryan Wilson continuing as Ollie CEO and becoming President of Next Glass’s newly formed Next Glass Commerce division. The deal expands Next Glass’s commerce capabilities and accelerates geographic expansion beyond British Columbia into additional Canadian provinces and the U.S.
