CWS Cleanrooms, a portfolio company of Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH, has acquired STAXS Contamination Control Experts, the Benelux leader in value-added distribution of cleanroom consumables. Silverfleet Capital sold its majority stake; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands CWS Cleanrooms' consumables offering and strengthens its presence in the Benelux life sciences market.

Astorg Acquires Majority Stake in Steliau

Astorg, a European private equity firm, has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Steliau, a pan-European value-added distributor (VAD) of electronic solutions, from B&Capital. Steliau, founded in 1992 and headquartered in Montrouge, France, employs more than 200 people across eight countries and will partner with Astorg to accelerate organic growth and execute a buy-and-build strategy.

Silverfleet Capital has acquired a majority stake in BOA Purified Solutions and BOA Flexible Solutions (the business will trade as BOA CoreDux), a designer and manufacturer of ultra-purified and customised metallic hoses with operations in Tilburg, Netherlands and Château-Thierry, France. The business was divested by BOA Group; terms were not disclosed. Silverfleet intends to support growth by broadening the product mix, expanding into new markets, driving operational improvements and pursuing selective add-on acquisitions.
