Food52 Acquires Dansk from Lenox Corporation

Food52 acquired heritage housewares brand Dansk from Lenox Corporation and will assume Dansk’s sales channels to revitalize and relaunch the brand globally. Food52 said it will preserve Dansk’s iconic design heritage while reintroducing remastered classic products, archival releases, and new designs for its commerce channels.
