Bell Acquires FX Innovation

Bell has entered into and completed an agreement to acquire Montréal-based FX Innovation, a provider of multi-cloud managed and professional services and workflow automation solutions. The acquisition is intended to combine FX Innovation's cloud expertise and ServiceNow capabilities with Bell's national scale, fibre and 5G networks to expand Bell's cloud and managed services offerings for Canadian businesses.
