Delta Mold LLC (Charlotte, North Carolina) has acquired Tool Technology, Inc. (Inman, South Carolina), an injection molder providing molding solutions for heavy industrial, automotive, electronics, and recreational vehicle sectors. Orchard Creek Capital previously owned Tool Technology, and MBS Advisors represented Tool Technology and Orchard Creek Capital in the transaction.
