ProductPlan has acquired Winware.ai, an AI-native customer and market research platform, to add agentic and generative AI–powered decision intelligence to its product management and roadmapping software. As part of the deal, Winware founder Steven Cohn was named CEO of ProductPlan; Winware's capabilities will be integrated into ProductPlan's new "Product Intelligence Platform" with broader access planned for April 2026.

Symphony RetailAI has acquired ReTech Labs, a SaaS provider of real-time shelf image capture and computer-vision recognition technology, to integrate ReTech's Rebotics into its Customer INsights and Decision Engine (CINDE). The acquisition creates an AI- and cloud-based closed-loop category planning and shelf intelligence solution for retailers and CPG manufacturers; ReTech will operate as an independent division led by founder Abhi Beniwal.

Anaplan Acquires Syrup Tech
