Dentalcorp entered the United States through the acquisition of dentist-led Northstar Dental Partners, a group supporting 21 dental practices headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. Dr. Jordan Tomalty, Northstar’s founder and CEO, will retain an ownership stake in the acquired business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
