DermCare Management, a portfolio company of Hildred Capital Management, has acquired three practices—Albemarle Dermatology in Charlottesville, Posh Plastic Surgery in Jacksonville, and First OC Dermatology Research in Orange County—bringing its total practice locations to 68. The transactions expand DermCare’s medical, cosmetic and research capabilities and broaden its geographic footprint across Virginia, Florida and Southern California.
