Descartes Systems Group acquired Drivin, a Santiago-headquartered provider of last-mile delivery management solutions across Latin America. The deal combines Drivin’s route optimization, dispatch management, and execution visibility (with machine learning and agentic AI) with Descartes’ Global Logistics Network to expand AI-powered last-mile logistics capabilities and Latin America reach.
