Descartes Systems Group acquired Assure Assist, Inc., doing business as MyCarrierPortal (MCP), for approximately $24 million in up-front cash plus up to $6 million in performance-based earn-outs. The deal adds carrier onboarding, risk monitoring and KYC/fraud-prevention capabilities to Descartes’ logistics platform and complements its MacroPoint FraudGuard solution.
