DexCare Acquires Womp, Inc.

DexCare, a Seattle-based healthcare access technology company, has acquired Womp, Inc., the eCommerce and online merchandising technology firm behind WompHealth and WompMobile. The acquisition adds a proven digital storefront and mobile performance capabilities to DexCare’s Digital Discovery Solutions to improve patient digital discovery, booking and mobile experiences; Womp’s brands will remain independent subsidiaries and Womp CEO Madison Miner and his team join DexCare.
