DHI Group Acquires AgileATS

DHI Group, Inc. (NYSE: DHX) has acquired AgileATS, an applicant tracking system purpose-built for government contractors and employers hiring security-cleared professionals, for an estimated $2.0 million (up-front $1.5M plus $0.5M contingent on performance). The acquisition integrates AgileATS into DHI's ClearanceJobs brand to deliver an end-to-end, AI-powered recruiting solution and expand the company's addressable market in the GovTech/cleared talent space.
