Direct Travel Acquires ATPI

Direct Travel, Inc. has acquired ATPI, combining the two businesses to form a global travel management powerhouse with more than $6 billion in annual travel volume. The deal expands Direct Travel’s international footprint and specialized capabilities (energy, marine, sports, mining) while accelerating the global rollout of its Avenir Travel Edition platform.
