discoverIE Group plc acquired Phoenix America, Inc., a Fort Wayne, Indiana-based designer and manufacturer of magnetic encoders and sensors. The acquisition closed on October 13, 2020 for an undisclosed amount; discoverIE said Phoenix is a strategic fit within its Design & Manufacturing division to drive product, customer and geographic synergies.
