The acquisition expands Agilent’s pathology portfolio—particularly in immunohistochemistry (IHC)—and is expected to be accretive to Agilent’s top-line growth rate, margin profile, and non-instrument revenue mix in Year 1.

LabGenomics USA LLC Acquires QDx Pathology

LabGenomics USA LLC, a subsidiary of South Korea–based LabGenomics Co., Ltd., has acquired QDx Pathology, a U.S. clinical and molecular pathology laboratory.
