Distribution Solutions Group, Inc. (DSG) announced it has acquired Eastern Valve & Control Specialties Ltd., a provider of industrial valve products and related services serving customers across Atlantic Canada. The acquisition strengthens DSG’s Canadian operations under the Source Atlantic Mobile Valve platform and is expected to be immediately accretive to margins; terms were not disclosed.
