Distribution Solutions Group (Lawson) to Acquire Source Atlantic Limited

Distribution Solutions Group, through its operating company Lawson Products and affiliate Lawson Products Canada, agreed to acquire Source Atlantic Limited, a Canadian wholesale distributor of industrial MRO supplies, safety products, fasteners and value‑added services. The transaction, expected to close in Q3 2024, expands DSG's Canadian footprint by combining Source Atlantic's eastern Canadian presence with Bolt Supply's western operations and is expected to be immediately accretive to DSG's adjusted EPS.
