Domaine Worldwide has acquired Code, a European Shopify agency, bringing Code’s ~60-person team in Amsterdam, Delft and Berlin into Domaine’s global Shopify practice. The deal expands Domaine’s European footprint and engineering capabilities and is supported by financial sponsor BV Investment Partners.
