As part of the transaction Golden Wolf's team (and founder Ingi Erlingsson as Chief Content Officer) will join Doodles; creative studio Psyop will also invest in Doodles and form a joint venture with Golden Wolf called Active Ingredient to develop AI- and blockchain-enabled animation tools.

Founder Tim Fox remains a significant shareholder and continues as CEO; the company had an estimated trailing 12-month EBITDA of about $30 million at the time of the deal.
