Dover Corporation signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cloeren Incorporated, a specialist manufacturer of extrusion T-dies and feedblocks used in polymer and plastics processing. The deal is expected to close in Q3 2026 following customary closing conditions, and Cloeren will become part of Dover’s MAAG business unit within the Pumps & Process Solutions segment.
