Dover Completes Acquisition of SIKORA AG

Dover Corporation completed its previously announced acquisition of SIKORA AG for €550 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments. SIKORA will become part of Dover’s MAAG operating unit within the Pumps & Process Solutions segment.
