Dover Corporation Acquires Criteria Labs

Dover Corporation has acquired Criteria Labs, an Austin-based provider of RF device and microelectronic engineering, assembly and testing services. The business will join Dover's Microwave Products Group within its Engineered Products segment to expand capabilities for size, weight and power (SWaP)-sensitive applications across aerospace, defense, semiconductor, automotive and medical end markets.
