Dover Corporation Acquires The Espy Corporation

Dover Corporation has completed the acquisition of The Espy Corporation, a developer and manufacturer of radio frequency (RF) signal intelligence (SIGINT) systems and integrated software. Espy will join Dover’s Microwave Products Group within the Engineered Products segment to expand Dover’s RF sensing, geolocation and machine‑learning capabilities for defense and other markets.
