Duncan & Toplis Acquires Torr Waterfield and Opens Leicester Office

Duncan & Toplis has acquired Leicester-based accountancy firm Torr Waterfield, bringing Torr Waterfield's 65 team members into the Duncan & Toplis group and establishing a dedicated Leicester office. The founders and staff will remain in their roles while Torr Waterfield transitions to the Duncan & Toplis brand, supporting the buyer's strategy to expand its presence across the Midlands.
