Duravant, an engineered equipment and automation solutions provider for the food processing and packaging/material handling sectors, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Pattyn Group. Pattyn is a designer and manufacturer of automation systems for B2B packaging, including bag-in-box applications, and is expected to become a distinct operating company within Duravant’s Packaging Solutions Group.
