Duravant LLC, a global engineered equipment and automation solutions provider, has acquired PPM Technologies from Stonehenge Partners. The acquisition adds PPM’s conveying, coating, and thermal food-processing equipment to Duravant’s portfolio — complementing Key Technology and enhancing Duravant’s ability to offer turnkey, integrated processing lines and expanded aftermarket services.
