Dutch Bros Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire the Phoenix East Valley franchise from longtime owner Jim Thompson as Thompson retires. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026 and will expand Dutch Bros’ company-operated shop footprint in Arizona by adding 29 shops, subject to customary closing conditions.
