DWS and OMERS Acquire Grandi Stazioni Retail from Antin, ICAMAP and Borletti Group

DWS and OMERS have signed an agreement to acquire Grandi Stazioni Retail (GSR) from Antin Infrastructure Partners, ICAMAP and Borletti Group. Headquartered in Rome, GSR holds long-term leasehold rights to commercial leasing and advertising spaces across Italy's 14 largest railway stations; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2024 with terms undisclosed.
