The acquisition is intended to deepen Lumine’s presence across the media supply chain by adding channel origination capabilities and expanding TV monetization with Imagine’s AI-enabled advertising products. Imagine Communications will continue operating as an independent business within Lumine.

Francisco Partners Combines TradingScreen and Imagine Software to Form TS Imagine

Francisco Partners has combined TradingScreen and Imagine Software to create TS Imagine, an end-to-end cloud/SaaS trading, execution, portfolio and risk management platform. The combined business will integrate order management and trade execution with real-time risk and compliance capabilities, employ roughly 400 people across 10 offices and serve ~500 buy-side and sell-side institutions. Rob Flatley was named CEO of the newly combined company.

Dmitry Grinberg, former CEO of Dynamo Development, joins seriesOne as Global Head of Technology as the company aims to strengthen its fintech engineering capabilities and support expansion into Europe and Asia.
