Landscaping, a Jacksonville-based provider of commercial landscaping services focused on HOA, multifamily, and office clients. The deal expands Bland's Southeast footprint (including 14 branch locations) into Northeast Florida; CSS founder Scott Soltau will join Bland as Regional Director for North Florida.
