NFI Acquires CAI Logistics from CAI International

The deal brings GTS’ more than 600 teammates across 16 locations and nine consolidation hubs into AIT’s global network, adding marine spare-parts capabilities, warehouse capacity and new geographic presence in Greece, Japan and the Nordics; terms were not disclosed.
