Xpansiv (XCHG) Acquires Venus Technology Ventures

Xpansiv CBL Holding Group (XCHG) acquired Venus Technology Ventures to integrate Venus’s voice-enabled, mobile trading technology into XCHG’s commodity exchange platforms and launch the H2OX mobile trading app. Venus co-founders joined XCHG as part of the deal to expand mobile access and real-time market data across XCHG’s water, energy and environmental commodity markets.
