Beech Tree Private Equity has made a growth investment in Fourteen IP, a UK-headquartered provider of cloud telephony and AI solutions for the hospitality industry. The investment will fund Fourteen IP’s global expansion (notably into Asia and Australia) and support a buy-and-build M&A strategy, backed by an acquisition facility from NatWest; Beech Tree will also join the company board.

BCM One (TSCP Platform) Acquires Pure IP

BCM One, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), has acquired Pure IP, a London-based global provider of cloud voice services for Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Webex and Zoom. The add-on expands BCM One’s NextGen Communications portfolio and extends its international footprint with Pure IP offices in London, Auckland and San Francisco; terms were not disclosed.

Cloudli Acquires ConnectMeVoice to Expand U.S. Business Communications Footprint

The deal expands Cloudli's presence and product capabilities in the U.S. business communications market and brings ConnectMeVoice's channel-focused Clarity platform and partner relationships into Cloudli's portfolio.

L4, LLC (affiliate of Linx Partners) Invests in Clear Rate Communications

Founders Thane and Sam Namy will remain in senior management and retain significant ownership as the company pursues expanded geographic reach and growth backed by financing from Texas Capital Bank.

Onecom Acquires IP Office Ltd

Onecom, the LDC-backed UK business communications and cloud specialist, has acquired Devon-based IP Office Ltd, bringing the Exeter-based team and over 700 customers into the Onecom Group. The deal is Onecom's third acquisition of the year and is intended to extend Onecom's geographic presence and strengthen its capabilities in the health sector.

IPC Systems Acquires Intracom Systems
