L4, LLC, an affiliate of Linx Partners, has acquired a stake in Clear Rate Communications, a Troy, Michigan-based provider of fiber internet, hosted voice, cloud and managed IT services. Founders Thane and Sam Namy will remain in senior management and retain significant ownership as the company pursues expanded geographic reach and growth backed by financing from Texas Capital Bank.

ZeroNorth has acquired ClearLynx, a US-based online platform for the bunker fuel market, to integrate its procurement, pricing, analytics and compliance capabilities into the ZeroNorth optimisation platform. The deal gives ZeroNorth a physical presence in the United States and expands its end-to-end voyage, vessel and bunker optimisation offering to support maritime decarbonisation efforts. ClearLynx will continue to operate its services while being integrated over time, and Javier Sierra will become General Manager of ClearLynx.

Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL) has agreed to acquire 100% of UK-based network integrator Clearcomm Group Ltd in a two-tranche deal (80% up front, remaining 20% in 2023) based on an enterprise value of £15.5 million for the initial tranche. The acquisition (Clearcomm reported ~£20m revenue and strong recent growth) expands STL's network integration capabilities and strengthens its presence across the UK and Europe, complementing STL's optical connectivity and data-centre interconnect offerings.
