Communication Technology Services (CTS), a U.S. provider of in-building and campus wireless solutions, has acquired ClearSky Technologies of Orlando, Florida to expand its managed services portfolio. The deal adds ClearSky's private LTE/5G managed services (including its Forte product for DAS integration) and positions CTS to offer managed private LTE and 5G services to enterprise customers nationwide.
