Communication Technology Services (CTS), a Marlborough, Massachusetts-based provider of in‑building wireless and wireless infrastructure services, has received an equity investment from Astra Partners I, the flagship fund of Astra Capital Management. Terms were not disclosed; Astra said the capital will help CTS scale operations and accelerate development of new services, including private wireless network offerings.

Sterlite Technologies (STL) Acquires Clearcomm Group Ltd

Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL) has agreed to acquire 100% of UK-based network integrator Clearcomm Group Ltd in a two-tranche deal (80% up front, remaining 20% in 2023) based on an enterprise value of £15.5 million for the initial tranche. The acquisition (Clearcomm reported ~£20m revenue and strong recent growth) expands STL's network integration capabilities and strengthens its presence across the UK and Europe, complementing STL's optical connectivity and data-centre interconnect offerings.

(CTSI), a security-focused managed IT services provider headquartered in Lubbock, Texas. The acquisition (financial terms not disclosed) expands New Charter's footprint into West Texas and Eastern New Mexico while keeping CTSI’s existing leadership in place to continue operations.
