Cass Information Systems has acquired AcuAudit, an ocean and international air freight audit platform, from Acuitive Solutions (reported also as Active Solutions). The acquisition adds specialized freight-audit and landed-cost capabilities to Cass's global freight audit & payment offering and will be integrated into Cass's multimodal services while Acuitive's founder Phil Marlowe will retain and continue to lead Acuitive Solutions' other product lines.

Fexa Acquires Trakref to Add Refrigerant Tracking and Compliance

The acquisition expands Fexa's CMMS platform capabilities to address refrigerant compliance, ESG reporting and sustainability requirements for multi-site facility operators.

Freightos Acquires Shipsta

The deal is being financed with cash (~€4.5m) and equity (approx. 640,000 Freightos shares) and is intended to expand Freightos' product capabilities, accelerate revenue growth, and increase total addressable market.
