WJ Partners supported its portfolio company Power-Utility Products Co. (PUPCO) in the acquisition of NAPAC, a master distributor of valves, flanges and fittings serving the waterworks and fire suppression markets. The add-on expands PUPCO's product offering and geographic footprint (adding Worcester, MA and Jacksonville, FL locations), complements prior 2022 add-on MIROC, and was financed by Fifth Third Bank; NAPAC will continue operating under its existing brand with Brian Wilbur remaining general manager.

Pexco LLC Acquires Altaflo

Pexco LLC, a North American specialty plastics extruder (PE-backed by AEA Investors), has acquired Altaflo, LLC, a Sparta, New Jersey-based producer of high-performance fluoropolymer and fluoroplastic tubing and pipe extrusions. The acquisition expands Pexco's fluoropolymer capabilities and product offerings and will operate as an add-on to Pexco's platform to broaden solutions for aerospace, pharmaceutical, chemical, energy and electronics customers.

Westlake Corporation Acquires ACI/Perplastic Group's Compounding Solutions Business

Westlake Corporation has completed the acquisition of the global compounding solutions businesses of the ACI/Perplastic Group (collectively, "ACI"). The deal expands Westlake Global Compounds' manufacturing footprint into Portugal, Romania and Tunisia (adding to Mexico) and brings new specialty products and advanced technologies to Westlake's Housing & Infrastructure Products business.

ISCO Industries Acquires Plasson USA Manufacturing Operations from Plasson Ltd.

ISCO Industries, a Louisville-based total piping solutions provider, acquired the majority of the U.S. manufacturing operations of Industrial Pipe Fittings LLC d/b/a Plasson USA from parent company Plasson Ltd. The transaction, a divestiture led by GulfStar Group as advisor to Plasson, closed on December 31, 2021 and expands ISCO's HDPE fittings and fabrication capabilities across North America.

Vallen Distribution Acquires Wesco Integrated Supply from Wesco International

The deal (announced earlier in 2024) combines two integrated supply and MRO businesses to expand Vallen's scale, capabilities and ability to deliver vendor-managed inventory and tailored supply-chain solutions across aerospace, automotive, heavy equipment and pharmaceutical end markets.
