MotorK Plc has completed the acquisition of Fidcar SAS, a France-based provider of e-reputation, predictive marketing and AI-driven customer-journey analytics for the automotive retail sector. MotorK will integrate Fidcar's technology into its integrated SaaS platform to expand its AI, data analysis and e-reputation capabilities for automotive manufacturers and dealers across EMEA.

MotorK Completes Acquisition of Dapda

MotorK Plc has completed the acquisition of Dapda S.L., a Spanish provider of digital tools for automotive retailers founded in 2005. The deal expands MotorK's presence and customer base in Spain and will allow MotorK to roll out services from its integrated SaaS platform to Dapda's customers across Iberia; the acquisition is part of a set of deals (including Fidcar and FranceProNet) announced previously with total consideration of up to €13.8 million.

Imaweb Acquires Procar to Establish Presence in DACH Region

The deal strengthens Imaweb's pan‑European footprint and creates a platform for further consolidation of dealer software vendors in the region; financial terms were not disclosed.

SNH Capital Partners Acquires ProMax

GMF Capital Acquires Motorsport Network Media LLC

GMF Capital, the single-family office of Gary Fegel, has acquired a controlling majority stake in Motorsport Network Media LLC, a global digital motorsport and automotive media platform, for an undisclosed amount with an option to buy remaining minority interests later. The deal transfers nearly 50 flagship motorsport and automotive digital properties (including Motorsport.com, Autosport, Motor1.com, InsideEVs.com and Motorsport.tv) to GMF as it expands into the sports, automotive and media sector.

IK Investment Partners Acquires Groupe NetCo

IK Investment Partners has signed an agreement to acquire Groupe NetCo, a French specialist in preventive and curative maintenance of conveyor systems. NetCo, headquartered in Bordeaux with ~500 employees and 55 agencies, will be the fifth investment for IK's Small Cap II Fund as IK looks to support NetCo's pan‑European expansion; financial terms were not disclosed and closing is subject to French antitrust approval.
