Spanish engineering and multi-technology services group Dominion acquired New Hampshire-based Commonwealth Dynamics, Inc. for approximately $6.0 million. The deal expands Dominion's specialist engineering capabilities and strengthens its presence in the United States and other industrial markets where Commonwealth operates (including Mexico, Peru and India).
