Allied Group Holdings, LLC (Allied Power), a Bernhard Capital Partners-backed platform, has acquired Dominion Engineering, Inc., a provider of field service equipment, technology, and specialized engineering services to the nuclear power industry. The add-on acquisition expands Allied's technical service, equipment and engineering capabilities for nuclear utilities, supporting outage, decommissioning and waste management work; financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands VC3's presence in New England and adds DominionTech's expertise in fully managed and co-managed IT services, disaster recovery/business continuity, and cybersecurity to VC3's platform.

The deal brings Tri-D's Silicon Valley design and smart-pipe manufacturing capabilities into Titomic to accelerate commercialisation of digitally embedded metal infrastructure and support Titomic's defence, aerospace and oil & gas initiatives in North America.
