Davies Group has acquired Sionic, a global financial-services consulting firm, from Livingbridge. Sionic — formed from Catalyst, Knadel and Sionic Advisors — generates over $65m of revenue and employs more than 300 professionals across North America, Europe and Asia; the deal expands Davies' specialist capabilities in insurance, banking and other highly regulated markets.
