FluidOne Acquires SAS Global Group

FluidOne, a Livingbridge-backed connected cloud solutions provider, has acquired SAS Global Group, a managed SD‑WAN and IT services provider that serves over 150 customers with sites in 65 countries. The bolt-on expands FluidOne’s SD‑WAN, SASE and managed network capabilities, creating a combined ~£60m revenue group with around 240 staff and strengthening its enterprise and mid‑market proposition.
