IDEX Corporation Acquires STC Material Solutions from Artemis

The transaction (cash consideration of $206 million, subject to adjustments) expands IDEX's material science and manufacturing capabilities and will include STC in IDEX's Health & Science Technologies segment.

Fralock Holdings Acquires Ceramic Tech, Inc. (including Stratamet Advanced Materials)

(CTI), an end-to-end technical ceramics manufacturer based in Fremont, California; the deal also included Stratamet Advanced Materials (SAM), a high-purity semiconductor-grade ceramic materials maker. The acquisition expands Fralock's capabilities across ceramic formulation, sintering and precision machining, strengthening its position in semiconductor, medical, aerospace and defense end markets.

Stewart Information Services Corporation (NYSE: STC) has signed an agreement to acquire Informative Research (IR), a provider of credit, consumer, and real estate data and technology services, for $192 million. The acquisition—expected to close after regulatory review—will strengthen Stewart's data and analytics capabilities and integrate IR's platform into Stewart's family of companies while IR continues to operate as a standalone business.
