Omnigo Software (Riverside-backed) Adds Incident Response Technologies (Rhodium)

Omnigo Software has acquired Incident Response Technologies, Inc. (IRT), maker of the Rhodium Incident Management Suite, in an add-on transaction supported by The Riverside Company. The acquisition expands Omnigo’s public-safety and incident management platform, adding IRT’s customer base and incident-command / post-incident reporting capabilities to Omnigo’s existing offerings.
