EAI Water Acquires LaMotte Water Management

Economic Alternatives, Inc. (EAI Water) has acquired LaMotte Water Management, a Williamsburg, Virginia-based provider of consulting and service for industrial and commercial water treatment systems. The deal expands EAI's Total Water service capabilities into the Mid-Atlantic, giving LaMotte customers access to EAI's chemical, membrane and disinfectant solutions while maintaining LaMotte's team and customer relationships.

Tidal Vision Products Acquires Clear Water Services

Tidal Vision Products, Inc. has acquired long-time customer Clear Water Services to integrate Clear Water's mobile and modular water treatment systems with Tidal Vision's chitosan-based Tidal Clear technologies. The acquisition gives Tidal Vision expanded deployment capabilities, access to field performance data across 200+ sites to accelerate R&D, and strengthens Clear Water Services' capacity to build advanced treatment systems and expand its national footprint.

Sylmar Group Acquires Eastern Technologies, Inc. (ETI)

Precision Aerospace Holdings Acquires Clearwater Engineering

Dallas-based Precision Aerospace Holdings, a portfolio company of Juniper Capital Management and CIC Partners, has acquired Clearwater Engineering, a Derby, Kansas precision machining and CNC milling company serving commercial and government aerospace customers. The add-on deal (closed March 7, 2025) expands Precision's Midwest footprint, adds machining capacity and capabilities, and brings approximately 40 Clearwater employees into the Precision platform.

Water Engineering (Nolan Capital Portfolio) Acquires American Water Treatment, Inc.

Water Engineering, a portfolio company of Nolan Capital, has acquired American Water Treatment, a family-owned water treatment services provider headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. The acquisition adds American Water’s ~900-customer, multi-state footprint to the WEI platform as an add-on to expand geographic coverage and service capabilities while retaining the existing team and legacy brand.

EIS Holdings Acquires AET Group
