Pipeline Technique (PTL) Acquires CRC‑Evans, Pipeline Induction Heat and Stanley Inspection from Stanley Black & Decker

Pipeline Technique (PTL), a Bluewater‑backed energy infrastructure services group, has completed the acquisition of CRC‑Evans, Pipeline Induction Heat (PIH) and Stanley Inspection (including MicroAlloying) from Stanley Black & Decker. The deal creates a global leader in pipeline welding, coating and inspection with pro forma revenues in excess of $200 million and headcount rising from ~350 to over 1,000, expanding PTL's capabilities across oil & gas, renewables and carbon capture markets.
